What made you choose Westminster?
I chose Westminster because they gave me the opportunity to play the sport I love and get a great education so close to home. Not everyone gets that lucky to have a great school so close to your hometown.
What has been the greatest part of your collegiate athletic career thus far?
My most memorable part of my athletic career would have to be the Geneva game this year. It was definitely the craziest game I have ever been a part of as a player. As an athlete there's nothing better than winning at the buzzer in your rival's gym. It was just a great feeling.
What is your favorite basketball moment of all-time?
I would have to say my greatest basketball moment was celebrating the Geneva victory with my teammates in the locker room after the game. Just the feeling of pure excitement and seeing the smiles on everyone's faces and even seeing our coach show emotion it was great.
Who was your favorite childhood athlete and why?
My childhood favorite athlete was Allen Iverson. Plain and simple he was just the best, he was unstoppable and he always played hurt because he hated sitting out and I loved that.
What is your favorite pre-game song?
My favorite pre-game song has to be All the Way Turnt Up. I choose that because it reminds me of high school.
What are your plans after graduation?
I plan on getting into coaching and sports writing. Basketball is my passion and I would love to stay involved with sports.
What advice do you have for your underclassmen teammates?
My advice to my underclassmen teammates is to cherish the moments that you have together with your teammates. I'm not even gone yet, but as I see the end getting near I know I'm going to miss going to battle with these guys everyday.
