High Fives: Sept. 10-Sept. 16

High Fives are the Top-5 performances by Westminster athletes during the previous week as selected by the Titan Sports Blogger.

#1 - JR Jenny Jones (Women's Cross Country) paced Westminster at the Waynesburg Invite with a second-place finish with a time of 23:46.7, only 35 seconds off a school record.  

#2 - SR Caitie Hosler (Women's Tennis) paced Westminster in two matches last week as the Titans stayed undefeated at 5-0. Hosler was 2-0 at no. 1 singles and 1-1 at no. 1 doubles. 

#3 - SR Amanda Turi (Women's Soccer) scored the game-winner, her second goal of the game, as the Titans won an overtime thriller, 3-2, against non-conference foe Penn. State-Altoona. Westminster went 1-1 overall in two matches last week.

#4 - SR Rebecca Riemer (Volleyball) had a team-high 20 kills combined in two matches over the weekend. Westminster went 1-1 in two PAC matches.

#5 - SR David Osae (Men's soccer) scored a team-high two goals in three games last week. The Titans went 1-2. 

Honorable Mention: 1. - FR Matt Slagle (Men's Cross Country) paced Westminster at the Waynesburg Invitational with a 15th-place finish, out of 63 runners, with a time of 28:45.9. The Titans placed third overall. 2. - SR Rachel Sherman (Women's Golf) led the Titans as she placed sixth with a 99 at the Thiel Invite. Westminster placed second overall.
