GROVE CITY, Pa. - The Westminster College men's golf team opened its 2012-13 season at the Grove City College Fall Invitational on Monday. The Titans finished fourth with a team score of 339. The host Grove City won the event (304), followed by Thiel (310) and Saint Vincent (319).
Sophomore Dom Cirula (Wexford, PA / Pine-Richland) led the Titans with a 13th place finish with an 81 (40-41). Classmate Ross Montanti (Gibsonia, PA / Pine-Richland) finished in a tie for 16th, 83 (41-42), followed by junior Ryan Avril (Jamestown, PA / Jamestown) who tied for 19th, 84 (42-42).
Westminster is back in action next Monday when they travel to Allegheny.
