Men's Tennis: Titans Top Bethany, 7-2

BETHANY, W. Va. - The Westminster College men's tennis team won, 7-2, at Bethany in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) action on Tuesday. The Titans (6-5) moved to second in the PAC standings with a 4-1 conference record, while Bethany dropped to 2-6 overall and 1-3 in the conference.

Westminster swept the doubles competition, led by sophomore Troy Abbott (Seven Fields, PA / Seneca Valley) and junior Mike Matisi (Lowellville, OH / Lowellville) who won at no. 1, 8-3. Abbott also won no. 1 singles, 6-1, 6-2. The Titans also won no. 2, no. 3, and no. 5 singles.  

The Titans will host Thomas More on Saturday at 10 a.m.
