Women's Basketball: Holko and Zitt Earn All-PAC Honors

GREENVILLE, Pa. - The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released its 2013-14 Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams. Among those honored were Westminster seniors Gabby Holko (Pittsburgh, PA / Mt. Alvernia) and Courtney Zitt (Latrobe, PA / Greater Latrobe), who were both named on the All-PAC Second Team.   

Holko, who earned her first all-conference honor of her career, ranked sixth in conference and first on the team with 357 points. Leading the team in points per game (14.4) and field goals made (116), Holko also placed fourth in the conference and first on the team with 48 made three-point field goals. Defensively, Holko also led the Titans with 41 steals. Holko finished her collegiate career ranked 10th all-time in Titan women's basketball history with 893 career points and second all-time with 153 career made three-pointers.

Zitt, who picked up her second all-conference honor of her career, finished second on the team and 11th in the conference in scoring with 326 points. Her scoring average (12.5 ppg.) and field goals made (110) also placed second on the team. On the boards, Zitt finished fourth on the team with 142 rebounds (5.5 rpg.).

Westminster finished the season with a 15-11 overall record and a 12-6 mark in the PAC. The Titans' 15 wins marked the most in six years.
