Women's Tennis: Titans Top PAC Foe Washington & Jefferson, 8-1

WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College women's tennis team won, 8-1, at Washington & Jefferson on Saturday. The Titans remained unbeaten and improved to 13-0 overall and 9-0 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference. W&J dropped to 7-6 overall and 3-4 in the conference.

Titan senior Heather Santa (Butler, PA / Butler) won in straight sets at no. 4 singles, 6-0, 6-0. Westminster senior Caitie Hosler (Lititz, PA / Manheim Central) won 6-1, 6-1 at no. 1 singles and teamed with freshman Mariah Turiano (Hollidaysburg, PA / Hollidaysburg) and won 8-1 at no. 1 doubles.

Westminster will travel to Franciscan (Ohio) on Saturday with a starting time of 2 p.m.
