Men's Soccer: Titans Drop, 1-0, to Lycoming

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College men's soccer team lost, 1-0, to Lycoming Friday night under the lights of Harold Burry Stadium. The Titans dropped to 3-3 overall, while the Warriors improved to 3-2.

Both defenses were strong as there were only 12 combined shots on the night (six for each team).

Lycoming scored the lone goal of the night in the 35th minute, when Moises Lazo found Adam Kuntz off a free kick from 10 yards out for the score.
Westminster had an opportunity in the 56th minute with a shot on goal, but was unable to score.

Titan senior goalie Joe Bonish (Newport News, VA / Woodside) got the loss and went 0-1 on the year. Bonish gave up one goal and had one save.

Westminster will host Penn. State-Behrend tomorrow at 3 p.m.
