Women's Tennis: Westminster Blanks Chatham, 9-0, in Season Opener

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Westminster College women's tennis team blanked Chatham, 9-0, in both team's season opener.

Titan senior Caitie Hosler (Lititz, PA / Manheim Central) won a complete shutout at no. 1 singles with a score of 6-0, 6-0. Also earning a complete shutout for Westminster was the no. 2 doubles team consisting of senior Heather Santa (Butler, PA / Butler) and junior Lauren Fling (Norton, OH / Norton) who won 8-0.   

Westminster will travel to Thiel on Wednesday for a 4 p.m. matchup.
