Men's Tennis: Titans Fall, 6-3, to PAC Foe Thiel

WARREN, Ohio - The Westminster College men's tennis team lost, 6-3, to Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Thiel on Saturday. The Titans dropped to 1-10 overall and 1-1 in the PAC, while the Tomcats improved to 6-4 overall and 1-1 in the conference. The match was played at the Trumbull Tennis Center.

Westminster sophomore Mike Matisi (Lowellville, OH / Lowellville) at no. 4 singles (6-3, 6-4) and junior Ryan Carr (Cheektowaga, NY / Cheektowaga Central) at no. 5 singles (6-2, 6-0) picked up singles wins.  Matisi also paired up with senior Marshall Finelli (Girard, OH / Ursuline) for a doubles win at no. 2 with a score of 9-7.

The Titans are back in action Wednesday when they host Saint Vincent at 3:30 p.m.
