High Fives are the Top-5 performances by Westminster athletes during the previous week as selected by the Titan Sports Blogger.

#1 - SO Jenny Jones (Track & Field) broke a school-record in the 5,000 meter run with a tenth-place time of 19:24.24 as the Westminster College track & field teams competed at the Youngstown State University Invitational on Friday.

#2 - SR Alan Nedley (Men's Swimming and Diving) led the men's 200 yard medley relay team in a PAC win vs. Saint Vincent as they broke the pool-record with a time of 1:36.00, while earning first-place. The previous record was 1:36.32 set in 2000. Nedley also won the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 1:58.22.

#3 - FR Kelsey Reott (Women's Swimming and Diving) led the Titan women with three first-place finishes in a PAC victory against Saint Vincent. She won the 1,000 yard freestyle (10:58.07), the 100 yard backstroke (1:02.30), and the 200 yard backstroke (2:15.89).

#4 - SR Adam Carswell (Men's Basketball) averaged 12 rebounds and 11 points per game in two Titan losses last week. Against Saint Vincent, Carswell had 12 rebounds and 12 points as well as a career-high five blocks. Against Thiel, he tallied 12 rebounds, 10 points, and three assists.

#5 - SR Katie Hughes (Women's Basketball) averaged over 10 rebounds per game last week, with a career-high 14 vs. Thiel. Hughes also put up 12 points to go along with seven rebounds on Saturday against Saint Vincent.
