NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College men's and women's basketball teams spent part of their day off volunteering at the Shenango Valley Special Olympics and at the Shenango Nursing Home. Westminster helped keep score for the athletes as they bowled at the Special Olympics and played bingo and carved pumpkins at the nursing home.
The men's team (2-0) will travel to Pitt-Bradford tonight at 7 p.m. and the women's team (1-2) will host Hiram on Saturday at 2 p.m. in its home opener.
