NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected volleyball junior Lexi Starheim (Hubbard, OH / Hubbard), as its SAAC Titan Athlete of the Week for the week of October 8.
Starheim helped guide the Titans to a 4-0 record and a tournament championship at the Fredonia State Tournament over the weekend. For her efforts she was tabbed Most Valuable Player of the event. In Westminster's four matches, Starheim had a team-high 17 blocks while also posting 29 kills, nine digs, and a service ace. Starheim was also tabbed the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Volleyball Player of the Week.
Westminster will host Washington & Jefferson on Thursday at 7 p.m.
