High Fives are the Top 5 performances by Westminster athletes in a single game or event during the previous week as selected by the Titan Sports Blogger.

#5 Doug Smith (South Park, PA / South Park), Men's Basketball: The junior went 11-for-19 (9-for-16 from behind the arc) from the floor for 35 points in two games last week.  He led all scorers with 20 points (6-for-10), including a game-high six three-pointers on Wednesday and led the Titans with 15 points with 5-for-9 shooting from the floor, including a game-high three three-pointers on Saturday.

#4 Jenn Cantella (Freedom, PA / Freedom), Women's Basketball: The junior guard shot 3-for-5 from beyond the arc on Saturday following her buzzer beater on Wednesday to top Waynesburg. 

#3 Mike Barringer (Boardman, OH / Boardman), Men's Swimming & Diving: the senior was part of the 200-yard medley relay team (1:37.64) that set a pool record. Barringer also set a pool record with a first place finish in the 100-yard butterfly (52.11).

#2 Caitlin Lehberger (New Wilmington, PA / Wilmington), Women's Swimming & Diving: took first and set pool records in the 100 (1:06.32) and 200 (2:25.19) yard breaststroke and in the first leg of the 400 yard freestyle relay (100 yard freestyle/54.77). For her efforts, she was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Swimmer/Diver of the week for January 23-29.

#1 Courtney Zitt (Latrobe, PA / Greater Latrobe), Women's Basketball: Against Thiel, the sophomore Zitt scored a game-high 18 points and grabbed a team-high nine rebounds. She was 6-for-6 from the free throw line and 6-for-12 from the floor. Versus Waynesburg, Zitt scored 12 points (6-for-12) to go along with eight rebounds, two assists, a block, and a steal.
