David J. Dean '09 (New Castle, PA)
David is a Class of 2009 Psychology major and is currently employed as a therapist at New Wilmington Child and Family Counseling and is an adjunct professor at Carlow University. He graduated from Youngstown State University with his MSW in 2012. While on campus, he participated in Allies, College Feminists, and greek life. His business and professional affiliations consist of the National Association of Social Workers.
Ashley Carnahan Downey '09 (Monroeville, PA)
Ashley is a Class of 2009 Business Administration major (Spanish minor) and is currently employed as the Assistant Marketing Manager, Pharmacy and Health & Wellness at Giant Eagle. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business with her MBA in Marketing and Strategy in 2011. While on campus, she participated in SGA, SAA, Students in Free Enterprise, Sigma Kappa, Campus Programming Council, Fresh Start, SADD, and was a Greek Week Committee Chair. Her business and professional affiliations consist of Young Professionals Organization, Women's Business Resource Group, and the United Way Campaign Committee.
Karen Campman Emmett '75 (West Middlesex, PA)
Karen is a 1975 Music Education/Voice Concentration major and is a retired Vocal Music Teacher (Grades 7-12) and Talented and Gifted Coordinator for the West Middlesex School District. She graduated with a Masters degree in Student Personnel and Counseling Services in 1982 from Slippery Rock University. She also acquired an Elementary Education degree in 1965 from Slippery Rock University and in 1988 acquired a degree from Westminster in School of Adminstrative and Curriculum. While on campus, she participated in Concert Choir, New Wilming-ten, Argo, ZTA, and Pan-Helenic. Her business and professional affiliations consist of PMEA, MENC, PSEA, and NEA.
James A. Giel, Jr. '74 (Glenshaw, PA)
Jim is a Class of 1974 History major and is currently employed as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources/Benefits at Dollar Bank. He graduated from St. Francis College with a Masters degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations in 1987. While on campus, he participated in student government, Board/student committees, student/faculty committees, and intramurals. His business and professional affiliations consist of Pittsburgh Business Group on Health, Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, Allegheny County Schools of Health Care Consortium, and Allegheny Intermediate Unit #3, Shaler Area School Board of Directors.

Cyndi is a Class of 2006 Music Education major and is currently employed as a music teacher at Quaker Valley School District. She graduated from Boston University with a Masters degree in Music Education in 2013. Sherris is a Class of 1997 English Major and is currently employed as the Director of Group Tours for Pittsburgh Transportation Group where she heads the newly developed tourism division.
