In addition to the application itself you will need to do the following:

Send two letters of recommendation (one of which must be either from a secondary school guidance counselor or a teacher)
Send an official transcript of your work from all secondary schools and/or college you have attended. These transcripts must be sent directly from the institutions concerned.
Have the results of the SAT and/or ACT test sent to the Admission office.
