Academic Transcript Request Procedure

Please allow 3-5 working days for processing all requests whether made electronically or by using the paper request form; however, additional time should be expected during peak periods of the academic year such as the beginning or end of the semester, or during registration.

Transcripts will not be issued for any student or alumnus who has a financial hold or other obligation to the college. For transcript request inquiries, contact the Registrar's Office at 724-946-6336.

Option 2: TranscriptsPlus: Official Electronic Transcript Request Service


  • Westminster College (Pennsylvania) has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet via their TranscriptsPlus service.

  • Choose Electronic Delivery Service or Official Printed Paper Transcript Postal Mail Delivery.

  • Electronic delivery is ONLY available for students who attended 1989 to present, however, paper transcripts which will be delivered by postal service may be requested electronically for any student who prefers to use this service.

  • $3.00 Fee (per delivery address requested).

  • Signature required for consent before processing.

  2. Click on the Academics tab
  3. Click on Transcript Request

I do not have a My.Westminster account


Former students who do not have a My.Westminster account should click here to order an academic transcript. Federal law (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) requires that you provide signed consent. Follow the instructions for submitting your consent as you create your order.

Westminster College has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of Westminster College (Pennsylvania). The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company's website that is provided during the delivery process. Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of Westminster College and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.
