Mathematics and Computer Science Faculty Get Mathematics Solution Published

Westminster College Mathematics and Computer Science Department faculty, Dr. John Bonomo, associate professor of computer science, and Dr. David Offner, assistant professor of mathematics, recently co-authored a solution published in the April 2012 issue of Mathematics Magazine, a publication of the Mathematical Association of America.

Their solution was to a problem proposed by Dr. Donald E. Knuth of Stanford University on "Tiling a Square Ring with Dominoes."
