| Dr. Mackenzie is a recipient of the Kennedy Center Gold Medallion for Excellence in Theatre Education. His acting experience includes film, television, and theatre. Roles in Othello, Medea, The Crucible, A Tale of Two Cities, and Arsenic and Old Lace are among his theatre performance credits. Included in the productions he has directed are: All My Sons; The Subject Was Roses; Born Yesterday;; and The Imaginary Invalid. Among his Theatre Westminster directing credits are A Midsummer Night's Dream; The Laramie Project, The Importance of Being Earnest, Kiss Me, Kate and The Baker From Madrigal. Baker was the English language premier of Traidor, inconfesso y martir. While on active duty with the Army Reserve, Scott directed Bigfoot Stole My Wife, the first show produced entirely by military and civilian personnel stationed in Baghdad's International Zone. | |
