Grove City man faces charges he attacked a boy in store restroom

GROVE CITY, Pa. - Mercer County state police say they arrested a 27-year old Grove City man accused of grabbing and attacking a 9-year old boy in a Walmart restroom on Thursday.

Troopers say Shawn Miller faces a number of charges including simple assault and unlawful restraint.

Police say the boy escaped, however the accused allegedly tried to grab him a second time. When the boy screamed for help, troopers say the suspect ran out of the store and into the woods.  Police released images from surveillance cameras which led to an arrest. 

Miller faces a preliminary hearing on the charges on June 18.
