Westminster College Brass Extravaganza

Westminster College will host Brass Extravaganza Saturday, Nov. 12, from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. This event is free and open to any brass players.

Participants will have a chance to work with trumpet player Frank Campos and trombonist Jim Masters along with Westminster brass faculty.

Campos has been featured in concert halls across the country and can be heard on NPR’s “Performance Today.” He will be giving a masterclass and performing a recital with bassist Nicholas Walker.

A brass repair technician will also be in attendance giving lectures and repairing instruments.

Individuals that are interested in attending only the guest artist recital are welcome to join the Brass Extravaganza at 4 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.
