Westminster College’s ResPAC (Research Professions Advisory Committee), developed in 2009, is the only known program of its kind in the nation providing students in chemistry, biology, physics, math, computer science, and psychology, with resources to help those who are interested in pursuing Ph.D.s and/or careers in scientific research.

Lead by faculty, the program helps students to identify preparatory internships and good graduate programs, prepare for standardized tests, develop their resumes apply to desired graduate programs, and grasp interviewing and application components. The committee hosts regular workshops and the faculty representatives provide personal, careers advice.
