Westminster College Added Six Full-Time Faculty

Westminster College recently added six new full-time faculty.

Dr. David O. Cushman, visiting professor of economics and chair of the Department of Economics and Business, earned his undergraduate degree from Stetson University and his master's and doctorate from Vanderbilt University. He comes to Westminster from the University of Saskatchewan, and has taught at the University of New Orleans and the University of South Florida. John F. Gresh, visiting assistant professor of theatre, earned his undergraduate degree and his master's from Point Park University and has teacher certification for Fitzmaurice Voicework. He has taught at Point Park University and Winston-Thurston School. He is a private voice/speech and drama coach, as well as an actor, director, jazz pianist and vocalist. Kristianne Kalata, visiting instructor of English, earned her undergraduate degree from Westminster College and her master's from Duquesne University. Jonathan Moser, visiting lecturer of music, earned his undergraduate degrees at Harid Conservatory, University of the Pacific and Shenandoah University, and his master's from Arizona State University. He has taught at Grove City College, and is an instructor at Moser Violin Studio and director of music ministries at Providence Presbyterian Church. He can be reached at 724-946-7271.

Joel T. Postema, instructor of Spanish, earned his undergraduate degree from Calvin College and his master's from Western Michigan University. Dr. Katherine Robertson, assistant professor of biology, earned her master's and Ph.D. from the University of London, U.K. She comes to Westminster from Duquesne University, and has taught at Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham College, and the University of Pittsburgh.
