College to Host Evening of Israeli Culture

Westminster College's Office of Diversity Services and Peace Studies Program will host an evening of Israeli culture Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m. in the Witherspoon Maple Room of the McKelvey Campus Center.

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.

Guest speakers are visiting Israeli community emissaries Or Bass and Noam Weinstain, who are hosted through the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation. Special guests include Dr. Yehuda Peled, Westminster's Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence who is head of the Information Studies Department at Western Galilee College in Israel, his wife, Sima Shimony, and son, Shai.
