The Westminster College Women's Chorus and Women's Chamber Ensemble will participate in the St. Cecilia concert Sunday, Nov. 14, at 7:30 p.m. at Mary, Mother of Hope Church in New Castle. The program is free and open to the public.

The concert is in honor of St. Cecilia, the patron saint of musicians, and includes: "Birdsong" by Paul Read; Paul Sjolund's arrangement of "Kumbaya;" "Lux Aeterna" by Michelle Roueche; "Ave, Regina Coelorum" by Larysa Kuzmenko; "All That Hath Life and Breath" by Rene Clausen, featuring soloist Kathleen Bachtel, a freshman music education and music performance major; and Paul Basler's "Alleluia" with junior English major Monica Ruhlman on French horn.

The choirs are under the direction of Mr. Kris Harper, Westminster adjunct music faculty, and are accompanied by sophomore music majors Tricia Glorioso and Daniel Goffus.
