Westminster College Celebrity Series Continues with South Pacific

The Westminster College Celebrity Series continues with South Pacific Friday, Oct. 4, at 8 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.

Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Rodgers and Hammerstein's glorious tale of wartime romance on an island paradise is considered by many to one of the best musicals every written. The score includes "Some Enchanted Evening," "This Nearly Was Mine," "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out of My Hair," and "Happy Talk" among others.

"This show is produced by the Troika Association, the largest producers of Broadway musicals in North America," said Gene DeCaprio, director of the Celebrity Series. "You'll love this musical. Don't miss it."
