Westminster College Yearbook Receives Award

The Argo, the Westminster College yearbook, has received the Herff Jones Showcase Award.

The 2000 edition of The Argo has been singled out from all the yearbooks produced by the Herff Jones Yearbook Division as a example of unity in design, consistency of layout, dynamic use of full and spot color, effective coverage and content, and artistic use of type.

"In addition to the award for the yearbook, the editor, Andrea Bean, deserves special recognition for outstanding achievement," said Scott Marshall, plant manager of Herff Jones. "I join Lois Kazenski, your representative, in offering congratulations on a job well done."

Bean, a junior international business and Spanish major, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bean, 568 W. Neshannock Ave., New Wilmington, and a graduate of Wilmington High School.
