Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am-noon and 1-4 pm. The Orr Auditorium Box Office is open the evening of all performances from 6:30 pm until the performance. The box office can be reached by calling 724-946-7354.

Renewals

Requests for seating changes are fulfilled based on the number of uninterrupted years a patron has subscribed. Renew your seats for 2011-12 Season by June 1st.

New Subscribers

Season subscriptions are available April through September 24th via mail or phone 724-946-7354. Best available seating will be assigned based on first-ordered, first-served basis following finalization of season renewals.

Early Ticketing Option

Paid orders placed via phone or mail before July 1st will be placed on a waiting list and seated first-ordered best available on July 1st.

Single Tickets on Sale July 5

Select your own seating beginning July 5th by phone 724-946-7354 or online. Ticket orders by mail, phone or walk-in incur a $2/ticket processing fee. Online ticket orders incur a $3/ticket processing fee. All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Group Discounts

Organize your group of 15 or more--the more the merrier--and take advantage of the special group discount that will make you a hero. Your co-workers, club members or friends will thank you!

Payment

Ticket orders may be paid by check, money order (payable to Westminster College), MasterCard, Visa or Discover. All mail-in orders must include payment. All phone orders must be paid at that time by credit card. Online orders for single tickets include an extra $1 ticket handling fee. No orders can be accepted without full payment.

Policies

Doors open 1/2 hour prior to curtain. Latecomers will not be seated until the first suitable pause in the performance. Cameras and/or recording devices are prohibited in the auditorium. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Dates, times and attractions are firm, but subject to change, cancellation, or substitution with proper notice.
